Nike Id crashes

Well, on my player, its time that i have my Jordan Signature Shoe. But unfortunately, all what i see is what the details to put in the shoe, the shoe is not there and i cant click anything! they said that fixing the date and time will fix it, but i tried it already and nothing happened!

I started a new game and now heres the jordan shoe again, as expected, its all black.
