Court and CF problem

Cyberface issue:
The face appears perfectly fine, even throughout most facial animations. Occassionally (once every few minutes) this happens. Any idea how to fix this?

Court Issue
Going through and attempting to create the KFC Yum Center for the Louisville Cardinals. When putting the KFC Wordmark on the floor, it messes up and duplicates a part of the logo. Any idea how to fix this? Thanks

About the court issue, did you used the mod_tool? because it just might cause that...

Yeah, I used the mod tool. What other method is there to fix that?
