Roster Player 99

Are some of the missing players included in the game as "Roster Player" like they used to do with Jordan and Barkley or do you have to create them instead of just giving them a new name? I'd presume they'd do this with Yao on the console versions because of his profile. Also are there any players not included due to contractual reasons?

There aren't any Roster Players in NBA Live 2003. In the PC version, there's only about 13 players who are on NBA rosters at the moment who were not included in the original rosters. There's also about 90 free agents available in the original rosters.
