How to DISABLE MORALE in association?

is there a way?
because decreasing morale for a lot of players in an association is just ridiculous. Like every team have 1 or more players feeling not contented and wants to be traded.
Besides, this is just a video game, we, or should I say "I", would just want to play games with players at their maximum capabilities in a game.

turning off Player Roles should do the job, but u have to make a new asso..

there's a trick to it using edit player... but it consumes your player role change.. that if you're post patched... cuz i noticed before i patched my game, player role changes were unlimited...

i dont think it works. you're saying that i edit my player, then i chance his role to bench warmer. then save. then use player roles again to increase his role. that's it right? it doesn;t work for me. the player's still down in morale.

oh so you mean you're morale is way down below 25%? cuz if its way down there.. nothing will change..

i got another option for yah.. edit your players pro years to 2 or less... then send him to d-league then recall him right away.. his morale should be back to 75%... this works in NBA 2K11, not really sure if it works in 2K12.. but at least try it.. hope it helps..
