NBA 2K12 PC Patch Out Now

IIRC from what people were saying on the consoles it's drastically improved.

a friend sold me a copy of NBA 2K12... may be there's the problem

I think you installed the wrong version patch. I had the same error message last year when I installed the international version patch for NBA 2k11. Then I had to reinstall the game and the patch with the US version. I bought the game in Asia.

Anyone know what the patch resets in terms of mods? Like it reset the scoreboard, and the global for certain.

Is anyone else with an ATI Graphics card having frame rate issues with the new patch?

With the original install, turning on AA in game caused stuttering. The workaround was to turn AA off in game and force it in CCC.

Now with the patch, having Vsync on in game seems to cause similar issues and forcing Vsync in CCC has no affect.

I have the 6700 and I'm having no problems after the install.

You know, this game has sliders for a reason. Some hardcoded gameplay parameters were changed, but you can still edit the sliders. There's always new slider sets coming post-patch, taking into account what 2K changed in gameplay.

sorry but i have the original-dvd-rom for sure. it´s european-version. install the patch and
the game is not running. the massage is: please let in the orignial-cd...

My game patched correct but hey, online is dead. Cant login. What they change by this patch, cant see something new in gameplay.

I play in My Player there is no way to edit game slider

I had this issue the first time i launched the game, no in fact the first time i launched the game i had a blue screen at the next try i had this , i was sending a tweet to @Ronnie2K and during the tweet I tried again and it works for no reason , i changed nothing lol that's weird, so try few times

Yeah sure that was better before when everybody was able to shoot a 3 point because the D is making a sandwich on the bench
I played one game yesterday with Myplayer OKC vs CELT and i'm sorry but that's a lot better than it was before , you dont lose the ball when someone run with you and touch your foot, you don't make all your 3 points when the D is late, IA defense is better they are faster they dont switch to another player for no reason and then come back later letting the guy open, its harder to steel the ball too usually i had an average of 7 steels per game, in this one i had 3

okay it's harder but more realistic so dont say it's shitty because you loose

I've tried this game. I noticed a few changes in the gameplay. I only played 5mins in my player and I let my game sliders as it was in default to see the things changed. I would play again two games tonight to see more changes. And considerably, this patch for some reason, improved my fps and made it as better than it was before. Usually it would lagged at times but this one's good. I don't think I would dare change anything anymore because I'm liking the stability of the game and I've looked elsewhere to find ways to limit the lagging during gameplay. They worked a little but not as much this patch did. Hopefully when I use the instant replay, it won't crash because that's also one of my problem before this patch. It would crash when I stayed longer and repeatedly hit the replay option because I like what I see lol! I hope this is the solution to that!

And one more thing, I could be dreaming all this because I was really sleepy when I tried it. I could be wrong but like I said, I'll play longer tonight and I hope my old my player has improved or if I have to start all over again now thats sad :/ Thanks 2k!

anybody here having the same problem as mine wherein cannot continue the my player save after this update? Mine is save during in-game.

Did they fix the lack of cpu alley-oop in transition?

They didnt fix generated players with all cold-zones.Rookies generating with cold zones as before.Anyone prove me wrong id be happy(Y)

Guys ''# Addressed issue where Created Players are assigned Cold Zones for all shot locations. This change applies for all generated players in Association/My Player modes as well.'' - something wrong with me or they didnt fix that? so this is not 1.04 patch for PS3 or XBOX this is 1.01 patch like PS3 and XBOX converted to pc.Becouse in 1.04 update this bug was fixed and after this patch we still have all zones as cold for generated players.Sucks!

Man that's weird !! I've never seen that before. Must have something to do with your video card.
