My player highlights problem

I don't see the end of game highlights in my player mode on the PC, does anyone have any idea why that is?
I've heard about people with Xbox who had this problem, but I couldn't find anyone talking about a PC one...

Please help, I'm desperate, the highlights for me make the game worth playing...

Come on guys, no way nobody has any idea why this happens...

What do you mean, you don't see it?

Is it just a black screen? Does it just go to the menu... Did this just happen today or since you've been playing my player mode...

I only see highlights when i win player of the game award.

It goes straight to the menu, unless I'm player of the game, and then it does show the Jordan highlights, but aren't there suppose to be like signature highlights or something?
It has been like that for the start.

I also have that problem on 2k11, there I saw it when I started playing but now it also goes straight to the menu.

For me it has always been the case i could not see highlights in MyPlayer mode. Only in full games like Qick Game, Association, Season etc...
