Use a created player in my player mode

Hello

I have a question, is it possible via a tool or something else to use his created player (NOT created in my player mode, before) in my player mode ?
Because i created myself so that i can play in any nba team but i want to use the same player in my player mode, is this possible ?

Do the Creating a Legend mode, I think you can choose your created player from there.
