I really like that new song by Jay-Z, 99 Problems. Don't see it making it in for some reason though.
I want something by Talib Kweli, Nas, Mos Def, Mos Def ft. Talib Kweli (Blackstar), maybe some crunk music by Lil' Jon to get me going, and more Mobb Deep and Outkast. And no Sean Paul, for every Sean Paul I find, I shall kill you.*

* Sort of a Family Guy quote, Stewie says "Yes, but no sprinkles, for every sprinkle I find I shall kill you" heh heh.

(Y) That song is such a chill song. Mos's voice goes so well with the track.

At the very least, I hope there's a feature to randomize the song order. I put in my own songs in Live 2004, but they really get tiring when you hear them in the same order everytime you play.

It's one of my favorite songs of all-time. Especially because it's so genuine. Like you said, you can just put it on and relax and listen.

almost anything by Mos Def or Blackstar is relaxing music. I made a CD or relaxing music to put on really low when I go to bed. It's mostly Mos and The Roots.

Why would they have those on a BASKETBALL game soundtrack?

Talk about mainstream rap. The only song I'd want on this list is if Lil' Flip did a NBA Live remix of Game Over.

Mon Jun 07, 2004 4:47 am

I mean remixes of them, because otherwise it would make no sense to have them in a basketball game. Most of the songs I thought of are 1. Good, popular songs. 2. Have a basic idea that can be tweaked to fit NBA Live. Actually, I think all but the first 3 on my list and Holidae In would make good NBA Live remixes.
