Any Tutorial on How To Create Shoes?? what's a .n2kf file?

hello, i want to create my new shoes in the game but i dont know how to do that, i searched the web and forum with no results.

i opened some shoes in the java nba2k12 modding tool , exported a texture and it came out as a n2kf file? what is it? what to do with it? how do i make the texture of my shoe? ill be thrilled for some help with that

you need to first learn how to properly export a texture and edit the dds texture in a program. Just make the shoe look like what you want it to look like in the editor, then import it back in.

where is the help about n2kf in this topic?

n2kf is an unused file, you shouldn't be creating them.

if you don't know how to properly export textures and models from the mod tool, check the beginners tutorial in the tutorials section.

ok i pressed the wrong button, now its a dds.
but no tutorial specific in case of shoes.
ive seen it with logos too.
the second picture in shoe files is totally red green and blue, what should i do with this?
make my texture like it should be and paint it with those colors?
please help

but there is something i still dont understand.
should i make the shoe according the obvious borders of the texture? (i mean for example make the texture of the underof the shoe fit perfectly where it sets in the whole texture of a template?)

it strange because every shoe is defferent.
not in the location of everything but at the point some line ending or where it starts.

by the way, everyshoe looks the same in their 3d model?
