My Player issue (Last Name, First Name)

Hello, Is there any way/s to change player name in NBA 2k12? e.g using any database tool? I have a bug on my NBA 2k12 wherein when you try to input last name and first name, the system automatically combine the two, (e.g player name John Doe, the system combine it as last name JohnDoe). Any help are very much appreciated. Thank You

Just load the roster you're using, and edit in the Player tab. Save your changes.
