NBA 2K12 Eyefinity

Hey everybody, I've tried and tried to get this game to work on 3 monitors with Eyefinity, I am having no luck, I've tried the TNT cam patch that i found here http://widescreengamingforum.com/dr/nba-2k12/en it makes it a little better but still not that good. I was wondering if anyone got this game to work on 3 monitors. This is the best I've been able to get
