won't decomperss portrait.iff

hey,
I have a major problem- the mod_took won't decompress the portrait.iff and it's sending me this error message:



but the portrait_hi.iff work just fine.
need your help guys

(sorry for the double message but for some reason I wasn't able to edit the main)

After that I opened the game and the portraits isnt working at all but i succeed to open the file and its empty...

Try to open it along side with the portrait.cdf file, I think that might be your issue.

make sure you are using this mod tool, not the 3DM one - NBA2KX Mod Tool (2K12 Supported)
