What cleveland files do you have in your sgsm that jhiane made?
Try just using the clevcrt.ebo/clevcrt.fsh and clevcrt_vram.fsh and see how it is.

Pretty much impossible to enforce, but it's a practice we definitely want to encourage to say the least.
