Need help for shoe patching

I've been interested in making shoes for nba 2k but i just don't know how.I would be thankful if somebody would help me by telling how to do it.

go through this to learn how to import/export textures and dealing with iff files

as for the shoe textures themselves, its a matter of texture editing, which isnt something taught but something learned. It just takes practice and patience. Open existing shoes and edit them to look like the shoe you want.
