After the absolute DEBACLE that was my third place finish last year, I've decided on a bit of an experiment for this year's predictions. For every game, the only factor in my predictions will be which team has the superior win-loss record. In cases where a tie-breaker is required, I'll pick the home team. This will almost certainly blow up in my face, but I thought it would be interesting to remove gut instinct and personal preference when making these predictions. Just for shits and giggles.
Anyway, for opening day and until teams have played at least one game, I'll use their 2010-11 regular season record.
December 25th, 2011
Boston - (56-26) @ New York - (42-40)
Miami - (58-24) @ Dallas - (57-25)
Chicago - (62-20) @ LA Lakers - (57-25)
Orlando - (52-30) @ Oklahoma City - (55-27)
LA Clippers - (32-50) @ Golden State - (36-46)
Pretty sure Boston and the Warriors will let me down here.
