First open the 2k Modtool 2k11 Version

amazing, can u please make a short one like this for how to convert 2k11 cyberface over to 2k12, please, would be greatly appreciated

thank you for the tutorial, in the future, all tutorials are supposed to be in releases, then I or another mod will move them to tutorials.

ASKOBE, you can also convert that using this tutorial

nhalt42, yup, use amare and just attach your new headshape to amare's headshape, thet go to vertex mode, delete the vertices of amare.. :D

^Thanks. Actually I am working on Abdul-Jabbar. The 3D head is ok but the texture is all messed up, with seemingly no way to fix.

nhalt42, sir in any chance, did you change the setting of the attach options? you should choose the "Match Material IDs to Material",
any way you can edit the texture mapping by adding the UNWRAP UVW MAP modifier.
and please send the file of your abdul jabbar, i will fix it for you. :D

No I didn't change the settings. I just took the headshape from '70-'71 Kareem and attached it to the '86-'87 headshape.

sir i got error 144-145 cannot import my nba 2k11 headshape to 2k12? ive followed your tutorial but still got 1 error 144- 1445 when importing in modtool ..

i think the problem is that NBA2K MODTOOL still did not support
the CF of a Player that have Goggles
b'coz i also try to edit james worthy and i also have the same problem like your abdul jabbar..

chenne07, Sir the "error 144-145" is the Headband. i will post another tutorial for that, but for now, try not to convert the headband from 2k11, use the default headband of your 2k12 headshape.

Thanks it is definitely a problem with the old school goggles. I was wondering why the default CF textures from the disc of Worthy & Buck Williams are messed up.

i just wondering can try to convert 2k10 or 2k9 headshape because a lot of headshapes are missing in 2k10 like navarro jasikevicius nachbar and other so please try and if you find the way to convert share with us
