Queston here guys..

is it possible to use different jerseys in myplayer? (i.e. u want to use Miami's Back in Black jersey) coz there's one time i played with the Lakers, and they used they're alternate home jersey (the white one) i dunno if that's a bug or what coz it just happened to me once.

I'm gonna say no, because I haven't seen any place where you got a screen like in Season Mode/Association, where you get the team ratings and a jersey selection screen.
