can you join 2 different scenes in blender

hey i wanted to know is it possible to joinb two diffrent scenes like if i import 2 n2km files is it possible to join the files to be one because ma773 figured out how to convert nba 2k11 headshapes to 2k12 and i wanted to know if its possible to join a peice of one n2km with another n2km file hope someone can help me with this
