Damn, they need league wide Commissioner veto powers to let you stop any trade that is unrealistic. I don't mind the trade from a talent perspective, one great for two potentially very good, I just don't like it as no way Bulls would trade him at this stage of his career.

The Evans-Rose swap is a good point, but now theres a problem: Bulls got Noah+Cousins, two great Centers. What now?

Easy, Bulls must trade Boozer away & then Cousins will start at PF, since he has the skills (just not the attitude).

Bulls need a PG badly though. C.J. Watson just doesn't scare us like Charlie Ward or Chris Childs use to.

Turrible trade. I have CPU trades turned off right from the start :shake:

Yeah, I think I can set something up for the Bulls in the near future. Now that the CPU trades are off.

Still Going Strong

[5-1] Orlando Magic (72) @ Boston Celtics (63) [3-1]

ImageImage

Two greats playing it out, as Magic were up against the Celtics. The Big Three had some extra firepower with them, as Boston had just signed Michael Redd, but with Rondo missing, it turned out to be a pretty hard game.

Dwight started tearing it up again, and pretty menacing was also Thomas, who both had double-doubles at the end of third. Luckily, Celtics kept it close, as the Big FOUR all scored in double-digits.

But it was not enough, Maggette posted all his points in the forth, and Orlando went away with a 72-63 victory.

*Box Scores*
Magic
D.Howard 26 PTS 10 REB 2 BLK
T.Thomas 16 PTS 10 REB 2 STL
C.Maggette 10 PTS 3 REB 2 AST
Celtics
M.Redd 13 PTS 2 REB 1 AST
R.Allen 13 5 REB 1 AST
K.Garnett 13 5 REB 1 AST

Magic sign Anthony Parker

Image

With the Magic wanting to strenghten their 3 Point shooters, they decided to sign Anthony Parker, a ex-Cavaliers Shooting Guard with an great 3PT shot.

Parker was taken at the 21st pick in the 1997 draft, after players like Duncan, Billups and McGrady. His career averages are about 9 points, 3 rebounds and 2 assists.

When asked from Parker, he had one thing to say: "I am ready, prepared and stoked to be in this squad" Hopefully, Orlando can use what this guy brings to the table.

[6-1] Orlando Magic (80) @ New York Knicks (79) [2-2]

ImageImage

With Parker being the debutee, Orlando had a tough match away against the New York Knicks. `Melo and Amar`e have been beasting so far in the season, so it was to be an exciting matchup.

That it was, from the first minutes. Both teams were playing rough, scoring at will. Carmelo was hitting every shot that he took, while Howard was making the defense look like fools. But it were not the big men who shined, it were the wings. Arenas was leading the team in scoring, being a total beast, while Parker was hitting his shots from downtown.

At the final minutes, Billups started beasting, taking the game to their hands. But with Kemba Walker hitting three-straight threes, they took the lead by one, and held it to the end, as they one it 80-79. It was a huge game from Carmelo, but a team-effort is always better.

*Box Scores*
Magic
G.Arenas 22 PTS 3 REB 2 AST
D.Howard 14 PTS 12 REB 3 BLK
K.Walker 12 PTS 5 AST 4 BLK
Knicks
C.Anthony 30 PTS 6 REB 1 AST
c.Billups 12 PTS 3 AST 1 STL
T.Douglas 11 PTS 2 REB 2 AST

It`s Dwights decision

"So basically, I think if we used Bass more than Thomas, we could have a bit more offense.."
"No way!" screamed Cruzerr. "Thomas is great, his jumper is great, and he can dunk it. My only problem is Dwight" as he looks on, how he is taking free throws.
Gundy starts laughing and says:"He has been developing on them free throws." But the look on Cruzerrs face was different. It was not happy.
"Not that. Howard has been talking with the Miami, Lakers and New York management. I got a feeling that he might be going soon."
"But that is not even an option! Look at us! We have been doing so well. There is no way that he is leaving." After that, Stan went on to talk with the team.

"I...I don`t want to trade Dwight. No piece in the world could be there to replace him." as Josh was talking to himself.

Later after that, the board met up with Dwight, as he had something to say to them.
"Look, board members, we have been doing great, and I see no stopping. But I am afraid, it is my time to leave Orlando." Everybody was in shock, dropping coffees and spilling drinks. Except for Josh. He just stud there, watching Dwight talk about some meaningless bullshit, on how this team will always be in his heart. Suddenly, DeVos said something.
"How long have you felt like this?"
"Since we lost in the first round. I don`t care who you will bring to this team. I am leaving, either you will trade me, or I will leave in FA."
"But you are having an MVP season, your the only one averaging a double-double!"
"But I don`t see this team finding its roots in the Finals. I will not resign, so I suggest you trade me."

DeVos stood there quietly, thinking his thoughts. Nobody was happy, except for Dwight, having a smile on his face.

"All...Alright Dwight, we will talk this through. Could you please leave?"
"Take your time."

Dwight closes the door, and SVG stands up. "Look, I say we trade him. We can get younger talent for him. " Everybody suddenly was agreeing, like they never loved watching Howard play.
"We need everybody to vote positive on this decision. Otherwise, we can not trade him. Lets start from here. Stan?"
"Yes"
"Yes"
"Yes"
"Yes"
"Yes"
"Yes"
"It is a Yes from me aswell, Josh, your the last one."

Josh stood there and was thinking about the moments where Dwight saved the team. About the moments when he was sleeping in his dump. About the moments he was coaching Barcelona and hated it. Everything came as a flashback, and he knew, that giving the "Yes" word would mean a huge turn for this place.

Josh stood there, took a step forward and said:"You know what...Its a ..."

Holy crap. You'd better not trade him to the Lakers.

Please don't trade him to the Lakers for the over-rated piece of shit Bynum. Anywhere else is fine.

"So whats it going to be Josh?" screamed DeVos over the room, so loud, that even Dwight heard it.
"I....I`m gonna..." he stood there, shaking, thinking how this will effect them. "Fuck it, its a yes from me. But only on one condition."
"And that is?"
"I make the trade. No one else has a call on this one. Only me."
Out of no-where, Gundy starts screaming "But sir, this is a star-player we are talking about! He can`t make this decision by himself."
"Shut it Gundy! Josh, you got a deal. Run this trade over me then."

"Alright, I am off then. Nobody comes to my office!" as Cruzerr was mad. You could see it in his eyes: he did not want to trade, but if he has to, then he has to.

As he made his office, he sat down, and started thinking who would be the perfect fit for the team.
"Maby something flashy, somebody who can score and count on. Or perhaps somebody mellow, with a great shooting touch. Or...a tarantula. Somebody that stings so badly, that it can destroy a whole team. God this is not easy!"
He went over tapes, and tapes, profiles and profiles, pages and pages of footage, until he found 3 guys..perfect for this team.

*Knock-Knock* "Come in!"
"Mr DeVos, I think I found our trades. Here are three folder, check em out, and choose between them wisely."
"Will do!". As Cruzerr closed the door, he opened up those folders.

Folder 1

Image

Carmelo Anthony

Pros: Great scorer, tough to defend, crunch-time hero
Cons: Not the best defender, Maggette would not like his spot taken, can`t get a proper Center from the trade

Trade: Carmelo Anthony and Ronny Turiaf - Dwight Howard and Brandon Bass

Lineup: Walker/Arenas/Carmelo/Thomas/Turiaf

Folder 2

Image

Kevin Durant

Pros: Young, great scorer, even greater in clutch, athletic
Cons: Hard to trade for

Trade: Kevin Durant and Nazr Mohammed - Dwight Howard and Quentin Richardson

Lineup: Walker/Arenas/Durant/Thomas/Bass(Mohammed)

Folder 3

Image

Dwyane Wade

Pros: Great leader+scorer, certainly a dependable guy
Cons: Getting older, Arenas will not be happy

Trade: Dwyane Wade and Joel Anthony - Dwight Howard+Picks

Lineup: Walker/Wade/Maggette/Thomas/Anthony

--

DeVos sat there for a moment...only thinking "Boy, this will be a tough one."

i love durant...

but that wade lineup looks more balanced

Go for Durant!

Lol that trade kinda killed this all. There's no way the Bulls would trade Rose for Evans and Cousins. Cousins is an idiot, and Evans had a worse season than his rookie one. Good luck with keeping Howard man (Y)
