How I cant win a match even on easiest level in my player mode, I lead 10-15 point and lose at the end by 10-15 pts, why the hell is that?

I tried changing it to 5, but I still got drafted 6th. Maybe you can't get drafted in the Top 5, or maybe I am just looking at the wrong memory address. I REALLY WANT TO GET DRAFTED BY RAPTORS! PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!

I'm thinking it won't let you get drafted top 5. Whats the address for drafting? Also raptors should have more than 1 pick, so see where they are able to pick again and put it for that spot.

Edit: Nm about raptors and another pick. I guess there is no second round for MP. Well there is, but we never see it even if you tank hard.

Could you pls post the address for the draft picks order? I really wish to get drafted by Chicago and then disable CPU trades....but I cannot go any lower than 24th-25th pick

I read all posts but maybe for my problems with english i can't understand.
IF I start a my player mode with a certain slider set (i've frozen values ect) ... thoise sliders will reamain when I Load again the my player mode?
Or Have I to set again sliders and freeze values everytime i want to load my player mode ?
One more question : can i activate and de-activate trades during season in my player mode ? Or the value that i put at the start of my player mode will be the same for all time?
Thanks for your help. And great job!

Hey amazing work JM. I was just learning about memory addressing and hex code in class this morning!

I made my player my real age, 27, and now I see you can only play the key games if you want which will make seasons go by much faster if I choose to do it like that.

Is there a way to adjust birthdate? I kind of want to be 18 now that I see that feature is present unlike last year.

No trades is 0 I believe. 1 is basically saying "True" in logical language and 0 is "False."

Major problem.

Looks like my sliders have disappeared from view under MY NBA at the home screen.

When I was using cheat engine, I merged the two cheat tables. Maybe that could be it?

I definitely can't see them.

Anyone have an idea? Please help!

Awesome work with this, thanks.

Any chance we can get player tendencies too. My guy isn't a great 3 pt shooter, but during the simulated games he likes to jack 3s and go 0-8 and 1-7 and crap like that... XD

Hello!

Thank you very much, you are like a hero for me :D

I have a request though. I have a problem with 2k beats. I used to desactivate all songs to have a better performance of my computer. But I reactivated it, and when I start to play a game or a drill, or anything, the music won't come back after, back to home page (or my player page, or association page). it's quite annoying, i tried to use shuffle mode, I deleted settings and created now ones, but no way, I'm still running the menus in total silence. :(

What does that has to do with sliders, my player, or cpu trades?
You already made a thread for your problem.

I've played every game in My Player and here's some of the trades (I'm a SG for Houston)
* Bosh to Rockets for Kevin Martin and Luis Scola
* Blake Griffin to another team (happened recently, still trying to find where and who he was traded for)

I can theoretically see the 1st trade in a strange parallel dimension, but there is absolutely positively definively 0% chance that Griffin gets traded. Zero. None. Never. Ever. Period. End of story.

If I weren't over 35 games into the season, I'd be tempted to restart and freeze the trading.

ok now i'm happy i didn't turn off the allow trades...things took a turn in my favor i guess LOL,i'm in the rockets playing sf

so its me,martin,lowry,patterson and scola
they traded away lowry and scola for billups and landry
traded away dragic and courtney lee for thompson who plays back up at the 4 or 5
traded away terrence williams and thabeet for bayless and barbosa
traded away jordan hill and a '13 pick for rudy fernandez and brian cardinal

so after a while we were left with no decent big man, lineup was me,martin, billups, hayes and patterson

then they traded away martin and budinger for kevin love, lucky for me and we became a contending team for the west
idk if it's just me,but i see that they trade away certain key guys at first to get greater stars afterwards,i mean billups and love (Y)

TY for this one! I was wondering since in 2k11 you could tweak the SP's through Cheatengine, if this is possible with the salary of your "My Player".

Re: Custom Sliders for My Player, No CPU Trades

Thanks dude, you saved me! I was getting pissed with the default MyPlayer sliders. CPUs were draining miracle clutch 3's and contested shots and I was losing almost every single game in the playoffs that I had to redo the match again. It's not that I can't accept losing in the playoffs, it's just that I can't accept losing that way, with the CPUs hitting contested clutch shots like they were wide wide open. Heck, the league leaders among the CPUs were averaging more than .700 in the 3 point shots >__<

I'm on the rockets too and I play SG. The whole roster was traded away lol. I remember starting the season with Chuck Hayes at the 5 and Scola at the 4. There were no other decent big man in the roster that I was playing PF at some points too. Then they traded everyone bit by bit until the final roster ended up being Conley, Me, Marion, Love, and Tyrus Thomas. We have Felton, Battier, Sessions, Temple, Ellington, Fernandez, and Douglas on the bench. I still play PF at some points but now it's a more decent lineup. I simmed(Play next key game) it until the playoffs after playing about 30 games manually and we ended up getting the number 1 seed in the west. The weird thing is that I'm having such a hard time playing in the playoffs, the CPUs keep on hitting contested shots like they were practice shots and kept on losing some matches. I'm now on Game 7 of the western semis and at last I'll be able to play it fairly now that I can tweak the game sliders :D

Ok I still can't see my sliders on the home screen. And yes the home screen when you first open the game, not my player home.

WHAT COULD HAVE HAPPENED HERE???

1313XX where XX = last 2 digits
All Around 39
Slashing 38
Athletic 37
3pt 36
Defensive 35
Scoring 34

In order to find the values at other positions create a new MP player and goto the screen where you change playstyles. note the value for the one you want.
Then during your real my player goto the My player Edit screen and find the window for Attributes. The value wont be near what the starting one is, but dont worry change it anyway to the one you found during the test. Change it and save. Then when you go back to the "MP edit screen attributes" you will notice the value is near what it originally was minus the offset from your original playstyle. To be sure go check out how much your skill points now cost to make sure the changed worked.

I started out 3pt specialist and then change to AA and my shot inside cost significantly dropped and my 3pt cost increased.

I found all of these .... but, by hex-editing to this value, it doesn't make the my player change positions, am I missing something?
