How to assign a CF to a created player?

Hi, I am new here in NBA2K Patching, I was just wondering if it is possible to add custom cyberface to your created player. i already have the .iff file for it can you give a a quick tutorial on how to add the .iff file (Example Png999.iff) to a specific created player? thanks a lot!

Also I wanted my cyberface from the beginning before the rookie showcase so I did this while I was at the creation screen. It won't show the face on the creation screen after you enter it but once you enter the showcase it should.
