The problem is that Yahoo! Geocities enforces bandwidth limits, so you'll have to try and download at offpeak times.

the fact that his site is loaded with heavy graphics also helps for it to exceed its bandwidth limit faster... so, its pretty much down all the time... i only managed to see that scramble of a website once...
