I am still playing 2001 for I'm afraid 2003 won't run well on my 866MHz...
But never ever one of my guys got injured! But in 2001 there's a file called injured.ddb or something like that where possibilities for injuries are stored. Maybe changing that will help?

yeah already tried that. but that just a ratio on what kind of injury a player should have. changing it doesn't inprove the game --- injury wise.

btw, Live 2003 can run with your computer. I got a celeron 850, 32mb video card, 256 memory, XP. and its running smoothly. try the Live 2003, you'll like it....except for the fast pace of the game....

runs great on mine

i have an amd 950
512 pc 133 ram
geforce 4 ti 4400 128m

i do have to turn a couple of things down like crowd(who cares) to make it run great

i should be able to max it out but ea doesnt do a good job with optimization imo

m.i. out

Funny thing about injuries is that on Live 2003, just like it was on live 2001, an injured AI player will appear to play against you without any handicaps (read: as if healed), but after the match he will again appear on injured list. (Franchise, superstar, 4 mins, no mods)

Funny I was watching NBA Inside Stuff with Ernie Johnson, Barkley & Kenny Smith. And for every game(second game?) They have an EA Sports NBA Live preview about what the outcome is gonna be in EA's opinion. Last Week During this once They showed Malone get hurt and Stock rushed to his side. They then Shows Sloan looking depressed as hell I think, then it zoomed in then out of Malones ankle which was twisted about 90 degrees.

Damn if they put a different cut scene in for different injuries then when u play no one gets hurt, that is a damn waste.

yeah a real waste!!!

btw, just this week i played about 8 games in my franchise game, and got my 3 players (horay!!!) and 2 of my opponents injured. for my opponent i use an intentional foul so i could stop the clock, and for my 3 players, i think the computer intentionaly fouled me for the same reason. but still NO cut scene!!! i think that cut scene you saw was from the PS2 not PC. I hope not...
