The only thing in DaWolf's preview that got me pumped, was the new jumpshot style. Thats about it. It sounds like the magnetic defense is still there. But it's still early in the year, and tons of changes can be made. Im sure its not their final product.

Dirk's jumper could be better, bt it's still an up from last year.

Hell yes! I want a $60(US) roster update with bug fixes and gameplay tweaks. Same textures, models, shaders, and animations. Same Jordan modes and My Player teammate AI. Same spurtability comment after every 3rd quarter, same trolls walking up and down the attendance aisle who can never find their seat.

In all seriousness, EA has two years to make their nba game. If 2K were to rest on their own laurels, that would just leave the door open for EA to hit the shelves with something fresh. 2K seems to understand the majority of fans' complaints and can translate that into improvements in both new annual releases and multiple game updates. Releasing the same game with tweaks would create a huge outcry from 2K gamers. When you are on a pedestal for doing great, you can't get cocky, as fans will be really quick to tear you down if they are not pleased.
