that ip banned thing has been bugging me for weeks now. I don't know if its just a mistake or not because I don't see any reason why I should be banned I found out if I just reset the router then I'll be able to log in again, try it, it works been doing this for a week now

Seeing as you're able to log into your account, you're obviously not banned. If you encounter any difficulties like that, all you need to do is email forum@nba-live.com and we'll look into the matter. With the way certain ISPs assign dynamic IP addresses, some people do get hit by bans accidentally. When we ban people, we ban their username as well, so like I said if you can log in it wasn't actually you that was banned.
