But do you know if there is any method that I can add real photo portraits to replace the CF faces which shown in the Roster management & in the game??

I `d like to add D. Mutombo & many other players ` real photos into the game, like the attached one! I ve seen someone who managed to do that, but I don`t know what kind of tools they `re using....... Don`t you think it `d be real cool if real photos can be seen in the game?

Do you have some ideas on this issue??

Yes my friend there is a way to do it and its called mod tool so far this is the only way to do this,
I haven't figured out how to use it my self yet but here follow this link there are several tutorials on how to use mod tool

At present, I am the one "in charge" of portraits. I've broken down the 2K10 version's portrait file into the individual portrait assets using JemiZhuu's mod tool and will attempt to put it together for use with the 2K11 version once the roster is released.

Since NBA 2K11 has the added feature of using player CFs if no portrait is available, the portraits are not an absolute requirement for release, as far as I am aware.

I will try and have the portraits file out within a week or two of release, but since I'm taking classes at the moment, I can't guarantee it. If I'm too swamped, I'll try and find a volunteer with more competence and free time and send them the prepared assets.

the one he has in his game.....the cf you see is Vin bakers but the head shape needs work, will that be OK with you

Fairly certain that's Dwight Howard's headshape. I could be wrong, but it seems to be the most likely answer.
