It seems Locale Editor 06 made by mjrealm is already gone.. Whos have? Much appreciated. Thank you..

Sir Andrew, Sorry but the locale editor you've been given cannot open the locale.eng in NBA Live 06.

No idea. Restore the original locale file and start over.
