The headshapes would need to be converted (that's a quick process, there's a guide for it in our Wiki). Alphas would also need to be added to the bhed files to work with the lighting in 07/08.

Conversion is pretty easy though:
Alpha layers
Headshapes (reverse the procedure to convert from 2005 to 06-08).
