Can anybody teach me... to create some kicks?

I want to make some kicks for my fav. players but what do I need to create one? I'm using ADOBE Photoshop for editor and I've downloaded some pics at kickecology.... What do I do next......

trial and error...nobody told steve,tony,yohance and me how to make good shoes...

that's what patching is all about, I've spent the last couple of days trying to figure the whole eye placement thing and then when I finally figured it out--it was a good feeling but very time consuming. All I can say is look at other people's patches and try to figure out what goes where and why. It's a bitch but when you stumble onto something, it's like solving a great mystery.
A lot of people have put there hi res shoes on here, just look at placement and sizing it. If you are familiar with photoshop, you should be able to figure stuff out.

Tnx for the advise guys... I knoe now how to create it. the only prob is to create the bmp files. ive save lot of pix at kickscology but can't figure out what part i need to cut. Tnx steve for some templates of jordan and payton's shoes
