Not as yet. However, there are a couple of people working on those updates for 08, which will also be compatible with 07.

Sir Andrew, it is possible to use the All Star court as my home court in my Dynasty? If yes, how?

You'd need to extract the files from alls.viv and rename them to match the four letter abbreviation for the team you're using (eg chic for Chicago).
