Live 06 settings on save folder

anyone can give me a settings.dat with enabled lighting? Coz my pc don't have support on turn off/on lighting..

sorry bro.. but that courts are for 08 only and I maybe the ebo is no compatible for 06 and I can't fix it but I'm still using my courts in 06 too
