Now, I think it's widely known now that the arms of players in NBA 2k11 are ridiculously toned and defined to the point where the players look like body builders that are always flexing (especially the ripped body type). It also made the fat players (zach randolph, glen davis, etc.) look like they had muscular arms when they shouldn't. In the NBA, this is simply not the case. While there are some players that are muscular and ripped (fisher, ben wallace, etc.), most NBA players are not.
My goal was to tone down both the definition of both muscle types, and trying to make them look less fake. Specifically, I used to regular body type as a base for the ripped body and added a few edits. As for the regular body type, I simply toned down the definition of the triceps and removed some veins. It isn't perfect by any means, but I feel it looks much better and accurate.
Instructions:
Open your global file in IFF Editor, and import the corresponding textures to their sequence number (364 for ripped, 441 for regular).

As you can see with both Rose and Fisher, their ripped body types still look more toned than the regular body type (just not so over-the-top muscular like the default ripped body type is)
Glen Davis

The difference here is very subtle, but more accurate IMO.
