So Liam Washburn went from black hole to become a massive black hole to increase his scoring average in the playoffs?
Jay Gray.

Eastern Conference Second Round Previews At-A-Glance
1. Atlanta Hawks (47-35) vs 4. Milwaukee Bucks (44-38)The Skinny: The defending NBA champions may face stiffer competition than one would think. After the Bucks toppled the Miami Heat, they gained a lot of recognition around the league. Blame the market for this team practically being unknown around the country. Sucks to be Jay Gray – he can kiss all those MVP votes goodbye until he moves to a bigger city. Anyway, back on topic: the Bucks have Gray who was a beast in the first round and rookie Liam Washburn has been a revelation this postseason. Add in all the other role players and you have a young and hungry Bucks team that will pose quite a threat to the Hawks’ chances of repeating.

2. Cleveland Cavaliers (46-36) vs 6. New Jersey Nets (43-39)The Skinny: Carmelo Anthony and Lebron James meet for the first time in the NBA postseason. The Nets defeated the more favored Philadelphia 76ers and have a talented enough roster to take on the Cavs. For the Nets to be successful, they will need solid performances from their frontline. The Cavs are confident after taking out the Orlando Magic and James has continued to promise to deliver a championship to Cleveland. ‘The King’ will be even more motivated after his failure to repeat as NBA MVP.

Western Conference Second Round Previews At-A-Glance
1 Seattle Stealth (59-23) vs 4. Golden State Warriors (50-32)The Skinny: Two of the highest scoring teams go head to head. Expect this to be really high scoring. It’s hard to see the Stealth being challenged here; the Warriors aren’t as good as the Portland Blazers who just got handled in 5 games by Seattle. Golden State will need dynamo scoring guards Monta Ellis and Louis Nixon playing at 110% for any shot of winning this series. Kevin Durant is expected to keep up his hot form – don’t expect anyone on the Warriors slowing him down.

3. Sacramento Kings (52-30) vs 6. Dallas Mavericks (44-38)The Skinny: Dallas emerge out of the first round after a 7 game series with the Hornets. And now they get to face another big gun of the West in the Sacramento Kings who were challenged in a surprising series that also went the distance. The Kings are looking vulnerable right now so it’s probably the perfect time for the Mavs to strike. The key matchup in this series will be between League MVP Moses Chara and Mavs All-defensive first teamer Kenneth Dela Cruz. Dela Cruz’s athleticism should help him slow down Chara. The question is how much. If a lot, then the Mavs might actually have another shot at an upset.

Durant Predicts Easy Series
SEATTLE, May 1 (AP) – Kevin Durant has predicted an easy series against the Golden State Warriors after coming off a dominating performance in the first round against the Portland Trailblazers. Durant averaged 39 ppg, 6 rpg, 4 apg against the hapless Blazers.
“I’m confident that I can lead my guys past the Warriors,” Durant announced at a team press conference ahead of the second round opener Game 1, “They like to run a lot and I am definitely prepared for that. I think I can outscore them all if I wanted to. They’re not that good and I’m going to show you all that they’re not all that. I can’t believe they are the number four seed.”
Durant added, “Monta Ellis and Louis Nixon are overrated. If they played on my team, they’d be benchwarmers. It’s not because they aren’t as good as some of my team mates. It’s just that I don’t like them.”
Durant spoke about Seattle’s chances of a championship, “It’s my team baby. Any team of mine is a shot at the title.”

You can still join. Your player hasn't really improved though since you've been gone.
