how can i add gordon hayward in my current roster?

i've downloaded a CF for Gordon Hayward from NBALive 08 section..how can i make that CF to appear in my game?i already created a player named Gordon Hayward in my NBALive 06 by using the edit a player option in the game..

am i doing it all right? i want to add the rookie gordon hayward in my current roster..i created a player named the same in edit player create new player option in the game.. he is now in free agent list..now i want to add his CF which i downloaded from 08..i will now edit my dbf file using DBC..is this the right way to add the rookies? please help for this is the first time i will try this one..

ok i was able to make his face appears since ebo file is use for the hair,he has a different hairstyle..now how can i edit the ratings?where will i get all of his info?

You can copy ratings from the latest TUP update and just edit his ratings as necessary through the in-game Edit Player function.

thanks sir i just did copy his ratings from TUP update through DBF editing..and it's done.. thanks..however i was just thinking if i can safely copy all of his players.dbf and appearance.dbf entries ..from 08-06..

appearance.dbf...probably. Players.dbf...not really. Certainly not his dunk package since 06 uses different values to 07 and 08.
