Real Shoe Patch 09 Crashing

The real shoes patch 09 converted by fumanchu works perfectly for ever roster patch I have except for Bayag's classic teams patch, it works fine for all the regular teams and about half the classic teams but for certain teams like the 87 Lakers whenever I try to edit any player on the team the game will crash, I wouldn't mind not being able to edit some players but on the 87 lakers guys like Byron Scott & Ac Green have pink shoes. Can someone help please?

Try changing their shoe assignment to 0 (team default) in appearance.dbf, then re-load the rosters and try to edit those players.

I tried it. it's gotten rid of the pink shoes for those players but it still crashes when I try to edit anyone on certain teams classic teams. I tried changing the teams default shoe in the team dbf but it didn't work.

On second thought, those teams might not have jerseys assigned that use away as the SHP name; that's the one that Edit Player makes use of, if it can't find an XXXXaway.viv file then the game will crash. It's possible to assign a different jersey as the default away jersey so everything's fine while you're playing the game but Edit Player wants an XXXXaway.viv file to load.
