Online League

I need inquiries regarding NBA2K10 on creating a League. As it allows you to create a website from the 2KSports Main site

I created a league and it is waiting for other 29 Members to join for it to start. As I can see that it is mainly for Online play. Is it possible to upload my Association and have the stats and website similar to the web address I posted above? Or if not can I just simulate the games on Online Leagues without letting two Human players to play?
