i cant find this folder "C:\Documents and Settings\your name\Application Data\2K Sports\NBA 2K9\Saves"
but i can play nba 2k9 and load/save .

This is if you are using Windows XP. You need to show hidden folders. Open any file explorer window and click on Tools->Folder Options at the top menu. The folder options window should come up. Click on the View tab and mark the checkbox next to "Show hidden files and folders." Click Apply at the bottom right.
