How Can I Get The New Portaits On 2k10

Hey, ive been trying for the last 2 days to get these new portraits in my game..... ive Downloaded all the portrait folders and many roster updates and even Reditor...... I managed to changed iggy and iversons face around so i know it works but it seems all the new portraits are celebrity ones and no matter wat i do it stays as celebrity???!?!?! ive followed the step by step many many times but the result never seems to change.... can someone help me??
