Alternate download sites- New Orleans & Portland Courts

Since my regular site has hourly bandwith limits, here are alternate download locations for my New Orleans 2003 and Portland 2003 court patches:

Actually, I'm updating both the patches to v1.1. They'll be even more like the real courts. I've got New Orleans v1.1 pretty much finished, so it'll be released soon (I added the "H" logo to the court, & changed the 3 point line color, to name a couple of the changes).
And my original site does work, but it will go down for a couple hours or so if I get too many downloads. I'm still thinking about a new web host.
