NBA doesn't work!

It says: NBA2003 has cause an error in NBA2003.exe

I made FORMAT:C on my computer and before it NBA worked very well!
What's the problem now?!!?!

Get in touch with EA Tech Support. Alternatively, someone else here may have had that problem and has a solution.

Solution 1: Try again.

Solution 2: Turn off any Anti-virus programs you have running.

Solution 3: doubtful that this will work but...Restart your computer.

did u use a burnt copy? that sometimes doesn't work

Always reinstall the game first when you have any problem.

I know what's the problem. Has something to do with my Norton Internet Security. I figured it out... thanx anyways
