look what I get when I start the morph mesh

creates a file named player-loda.0 and now I can run it in the OEdit

then I put the texture of a player, in this case Chris Andersen

but I get this

I ignore it looks and I work to create its new hair and look like this

and this happens

Help solve this problem please
