The only thing I don't like about this game is too many assists (not enough iso plays) by the CPU, other than that this is one of the most awesome basketball video games made. Besides, the patch should fix some problems.

Maybe you could adjust some sliders such as tendencies to look for players in the post, etc.
I adjusted those and now the assists seem more realistic
Although 9 assists for Jason Williams may be a lil much, its rather more realistic than 12-14 assists a game
Plus u should adjust the shot tendencies too
