How to modify Team dbf?

Anyone know how to modify the TEAM Ratings? I'm trying to change the rankings to make it like it is in real life (ESPN Power Rankings) I can see the rankings with the toolkit and change it in the database. But when I load up the roster, it still retains the old ranking? Why is that? Anyone know how to make the change stick? Thanks

so far, the only method i've found for making the changes stick is not to do any reordering of rosters after you've applied the new rankings. that way, the game will not re-calculate the ratings.

Do you do the in one of your saved TEAM.DBF? or did you do it in the current database or original database?

I don't apply the tweaked files in the load roster way. I usually just copy the tweaked files into their appropriate folders. If you want to do it with copy and paste, I suggest you reset the in-game roster first and then do it.
