Game problems

Hi guys,
I've got a big game problem: Theoretically should the game run well on my system (8800 gt, 2gb ram ddr2, athlon 64 x dual core with 5000+ with 2.61ghz), like it did on high settings with nba 2k9, but i only have about 16-20 frames all the time. I lowered some setting but it didnt work...
Has somebody the same problem? Has anybody an idea how to enhance my performance and make the game finally enjoyable?

Try updating your drivers? Maybe it's that same issue with AMD dual core processors that people were having with 2K9. They needed to update their processor driver and install some AMD optimizer or something.
