First of all I'd like to take this timeout to thank Andrew again for lending me this great opportunity - an opportunity to be part of the NLSC team. It's an NLSC dream came true for me, and definitely a top class honour.


I've been working *cough* inconsistenty and quietly *cough* on the Von Hawk couple, Artest and Wafer. To keep you guys updated, here are some progress:

Artest:


I reduced the thickness of his beard so that it matches his most common look.

Wafer:



Obviously Wafer needs a lot of work, but it's a work in progress and I'll have to say that his headshape is the most difficult to process up to date. Artest is a lot more closer to finish, I've just got to give him his Von Hawk hair.

Congrat's Still equally glad for you as I was when you told me on MSN . These are top works from the only the best available.

Oh, whatever happened to that Von Wafer I sent you?

What's the point of releasing my CFs in one pack when I've only got two CFs at the moment? If I've made like 5-6 CFs then definitely, I'll release them in one pack.

After 6 Hours and approximately 51 seconds here is Ron Artest with his super cool (at least to me) "Von Hawk" hair. This is probably the closest we (I) can get on his hair since a good-enough-to-patch picture of the right side of his head was nearly non-existent. It was a total pain in the ass aligning his freaking detail cuts but it was great fun and definitely worth the time spent..

That's probably the final preview, though I will be applying some final touches to the textures it wont be much of a noticeable change so you can expect the final outcome to be very similar to the preview above.

Haha, thanks a lot old pal. Well, the thing about Von Hawk is, Ron Artest made a commitment to Von Wafer that he will get a Von Wafer like mohawk if the Rockets advance to the second round. And the Rockets did advance so Ron Artest got a Von Wafer like mohawk. That's how Von Hawk came to be. And it looks exactly like my preview.
