help!.. cannot start my game

everytime i open my nba live 2003, i kept seeing this image. anyone who knows what the problem and what could be the solution?? i will appreciate your response.. thnx!..

Any one of thousands of problems that occur in Windows; we'll need a bit more information before we can identify what the problem might be.

Specifically:

- Your computer's specs
- Whether you've installed any patches
- Whether you've tried modifying any files yourself
- Whether you're having problems with any other games
- Whether you've changed/updated anything with your computer, including driver updates

That will give us a better picture of what's going on and from there we can see if we work out a solution to the problem.

yes, im using windows xp sp2.. and i have other live games that work on it, like nba live 07 and 08.. is that causes the prObLem? is it nOt pOssibLe tO have mOre than One nba Live game instaLLed in windows xp?

No, you can have every PC version installed and it won't cause a problem. What I mean is, are you having problems with other games crashing? If you were it would indicate a more widespread problem with your PC but if it's just NBA Live 2003, the problem lies somewhere with the game.

With that in mind, if you can answer the other questions I posted I should be able to get a better idea of what's going on.

Ok, thnx.. when i pLay Other nba Live, my game dOesn't crashes. and i just recentLy instaLLed the nba Live 2003, i did nOt put any patches On it. after i instaLLed it, i try tO run the game but it wOuLdn't. thank yOu fOr yOur respOnses. i am nOt wOrthy Of yOur kindness.

At this point I'd just try reinstalling. There shouldn't be any problems running 2003 under XP.

hey man, i reinstallled a hundred times but same result.
