CPU Subtitutions on shorter quarter

I installed the official patch, but i saw the CPU subtitutions only when I play on 12 Minutes Quarter.
CPU Subtitutions on shorter quarter - this is possible?

If you're using a roster patch with adjusted Fatigue ratings (like the NLSC roster) you should see some but the bottom line is the substitution logic and fatigue rate in both NBA Live 07 and NBA Live 08 is really problematic.
