Some previews...

It's not quite ready yet as I'm still compiling the artwork and not everything's properly in place yet but since we are getting close to being able to put out a proper release, I thought everyone might like some previews showing the various elements of NBA Live PC coming together, the latest rosters combined with some of the updated art.

Good job on the compilation sir Andrew, they are well organized.....but how about the courts (not the stadiums) are they updated as well?......you can use my courts if you want. ..............btw where did the sixers jersey came from?

Absolutely, that would be very much appreciated. The first release is just focusing on courts that need to be updated (ie for teams that have significantly new designs because of logo changes and the like) but like other aspects they'll remain a work in progress in that we can put in new enhanced/updated courts for more teams as we have them, otherwise we'd probably never get v1.0 out.

The Sixers jersey is actually yours, from the compilation of 06 jerseys you posted in an earlier thread here in this section. Hope you're still OK with us using it in the project.

The updated menu art you mean? Most likely but depending on people's preference, we might make it optional.

Somebody should change the NBA Live 06 on the main menu to NBA Live PC.

If no one's particularly a fan of the backgrounds then I'd be fine making that an optional installation. If you'd rather that, by all means speak now or forever hold your peace...or at least until v1.1.

I'm not complaining about the colors, so I'll keep my voice shut

I do'nt mind the gold color, but it looks brownish when it has transparency and the blue is behind it. It's just that there is alot going on in the backgrounds. The jersey select screen looks good.

I could care less, as long as the game is updated you could put gay porn in the background and I wouldn't notice.

Only the ones that were originally in the game. Adding new ones is not a priority at the moment.

Yeah, the colors are atrocious. And EVERYTHING STANDS OUT. Every little part of it all. It doesn't look like a designed background, it looks like a "texture didn't load" error.

In the team selects, there's way too much junk going on and it overwhelms everything in the foreground. The main menu just looks absurd. There is nothing redeeming about that. That "gold" background to everything is far worse than the original color. The blue isn't great, but when combined with that "gold" goes to a whole new level.

will give us an option
either adding the new background or make the menu colour stay the same(original live 06 menu background)

I'm thinking that's what would be best. Include it as an optional installation for those who like the new one and want it and leave it out of the main installation.
