Cant load rosters either.. weird

Here's a weird one... i unzip the install.exe roster file to the
Documents and Settings\all users\My Documents\NBA LIVE 2004\saves folder, but I dont see any 000 or 001 folders created.. I then start up the game and try to load up the roster and see nothing there.. all slots empty!!!

Anyone else having such a problem? I've tried this with both roster patches, and the same result, no new saves folders, no rosters!

Have you tried installing the patch to the other alternatives? There's three places your save files may be stored; you have to install the patch to the correct place.

im having the same problem with Mad eric. also ive tried other alternatives, still cant find the roster patch.

Andrew, thats where my saves folders were stored.. i had saved a dynasty in slots 000 and 001, which i saw when trying to install the new rosters... i manually delted my dynasties, but still no go... it looks like the exe is running, but no rosters ever show up... tragic

Hmmm...I'm not sure what the problem is then. The best solution I can suggest at this time is to install the patch anywhere - say, C:\rosters - then copy the 000 and 001 folders from C:\rosters to the correct folder.

oh, btw, Kevin O'Neill has Jalen Rose playing as the starting PG for the Raptors.

My mistake - looking at the boxscores I thought Rose was starting at shooting guard. I'll correct that in v1.02.
