Great If you can fix the headband thing, that's the best The braids one is just as but Headband one is the best

thanks, but to be honest, the headband doesn't really need fixing. I'll fix it if you guys want me to, but I dont think it's necessary.

thank you for your suggestions, I'll consider fixing it but as I've already mentioned above, it isn't necessary. If you take a look at Wallace's photo with that type of hairstyle, his hair just went all over the headband. It goes everywhere, it just flops all over the place. As for his ears, you cant place it inside his headband unless I make it level with his eyes.

hhmmm.. i dont think so.. in real life his hears are inside his headband.. take a look at this pic, i'm telling you its possible without leveling the front part of the headband on his eyes..

vhan, your posts are too long so I wont quote it. But wow, you're right indeed, his headband can be altered so that his ears are under the headband without having to level them with his eyes. And those screens that you made to show me how the hair should look like was very useful as well. I'll have to fix the hair ebo, and I dont know how close I can get but I'll try my best.

I'll have to ask you a question or two though. Although I have been patching for quite some times now I have never mess with headbands before. Do you know how to reposition it as well as making it thinner? If you can give me some instructions on how to do so then that would make my tasks a lot easier. OK. Here's how you do it (just base on my own knowledge about ebo editing).

Originally, when you open the .ebo file of the players head. It already have the default headband shape. So when you open it, you can find 3 parts there, one for the main headshape, then the remaining 3 are for headband, goggles and mask. So for editing the headband, click the "part 1" to highlight it, the screen will show that you currently selected the said shape, uncheck the other two (goggles and mask), check only the headshape and headband, click to highlight the "part 1" (headband) at the same time the headshape is still visible. Then, you can edit it now.




By checking and highlighting only the "part 1" (headband), the screen will only show the headband shape.



On the other hand, you can click again the highlighted text to rename it if you want.



So for instance I renamed the 2 shapes (head and headband) and checked both, highlighted only the "part 1" (headshape), the screen will look like this..



Now you can reposition the player's headband. I've tried it on G-force's headband, and it turns out to be like this (not perfect and not that good enough, just to show you what its look like. Take note that I also adjusted slightly his ears towards his head. )



Now you can edit your own. I suggest that you edit or make a custom headshape for him, the original headshape was terrible. All the best!

Narcius, I'm just curious to find out what the tool you were talking about was, that's all. And unfortunately I'll have to put your Mr.Cartier Martin on standby, too. And no promise whatsoever that I will patch him. Also, I dont want to be consider as making Bobcats players. I did Wallace because you seem to want it so much and at the same time I was free and have no clue on who to patch. FYI, the next player I'll be making next is Mario Chalmers as I've already mentioned above. Maybe I'll consider Martin after Mario is over with. Dont stop hoping but dont let your hope goes up the roof either.


vhan, wow, for one whole year I've been patching and I wasn't even bothered to noticed that there are 4 parts in a headshape. Seriously man, how did I missed that? So careless and stupid...

Anyway, your tutorial was more than useful and understandable. It is very clear and self-explanatory. Thank you very much. I will start editing it tomorrow, it's midnight over here. By the way, I've already edit his headshape. I thought EA's wasn't that terrible though, but it could definitely do with some tweaking.

I think there was no tool in the first place, otherwise we would have heard about it. That is of couse, unless you're the author yourself. Maybe you mentioned about the tool to get my attention, but I could be totally wrong.

Either way I'm not mad at you and neither disappointed. I dont totally believe that this tool does exists, it all sounds too much like a coincidence to me. You mentioned the tool, it got destroyed, you forgot the name. Oh well. Dont get me wrong though, it doesn't really matter after all.

Even if the tool does exist and would help me a lot in CF making, I truly believe that it isn't necessary for me as I have better tool than yours.

I knew it, I sensed this coming. I appreciate your good intentions, but I too, have access to all the recent NBA players headshots. If I ever want a headshot from the most recent media day, I can ask Ryan for it. And Ryan will always kindly give it.

No, and I dont think I will either. Almost every players have a sigshot now and I've improved all the sigshots which I felt needed to be improve. Still, expect the unexpected.




Ok here's a little update regarding Gerald Wallace. I'm having some major difficulties with his freaking headband and hair ebo. It's going to take me longer than I expected but I hope you will bear with me. In the meantime, I'm going to make a start on Mario Chalmers first since Gerald Wallace might not be completed soon.
